  • 1–2 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Teddy Bear Face Decorations (per glass)

  • 3 banana slices (1 for the nose, 2 for the ears)
  • 2 chocolate buttons (for the eyes)
  • A tiny dot of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate (for sticking pieces on)

Instructions

  1. Blend the smoothie: Place the banana, milk, cocoa powder or chocolate syrup, peanut butter (if using), ice, and honey/maple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into glasses: Divide the smoothie evenly between two clear glasses.
  3. Make the teddy bear face:
    • Ears: Tuck two banana slices on the rim of each glass.
    • Nose: Stick one banana slice onto the front of the glass. Add a small dot of chocolate syrup to the centre of the banana slice for the nose.
    • Eyes: Use tiny dabs of chocolate syrup to attach two chocolate buttons above the nose.

Enjoy! Sip your teddy bear smoothie and give your glass a little bear hug! Serve immediately and watch the smiles appear.
